How to Thrive for Supporting Others equips leaders, peers, and supporters with the skills and confidence to foster thriving, resilience, and growth in those around them.
Designed to empower individuals to support others’ wellbeing effectively, this training builds on positive psychology and wellbeing science. Participants will master five essential steps to cultivating psychologically safe relationships and gain practical, evidence-based tools that encourage others to navigate stress, perform at their best, and achieve meaningful growth.
Through the BEACON in a Box toolkit, participants leave with a ready-to-use, research-backed resource to elevate the resilience and wellbeing of those they support, fostering a thriving culture at work and beyond.
How to Thrive for Supporting Others – Become a Thrive Guide
Duration: 4 weeks online or a 1-day in-person workshop
Format: 4 x 1-hour facilitated online workshop sessions or a 1-day in-person workshop, plus follow-up sessions, digital learning modules, and access to regular “Guide Tribe” community of practice sessions with fellow Thrive Guides.
Resources: Access to digital materials for 6 months. A 94 page physical workbook for hands-on learning + a BEACON in a Box 70 card toolkit

Thrive Guide training empowers individuals and teams with practical tools to support others in their journey to thriving. Whether in person or online, this program is designed to make wellbeing support accessible and impactful, with Thrive Guides acting as "guides from the side"—offering timely insights, fostering growth, and building resilience within trusted relationships.
Equipped with the evidence-based BEACON in a Box toolkit, Thrive Guides gain the skills to confidently share wellbeing strategies and create psychologically safe spaces for growth. This training uses a flexible, accessible format to suit diverse needs, delivered either as a 1-day in-person workshop or over 4 weeks through online facilitated sessions. Thrive Guides also join the “Guide Tribe” – a supportive community of practice for ongoing learning and connection, along with digital learning modules to reinforce their skills.
